Our Refund Policy
Shugo offers a minimum of 30 days on all new accounts for paying subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Enterprise and Custom). Upgrades from the FG Free subscription plan qualifies you for a 30 day free trial of the selected paying account. For example, if you upgrade from the FG Free subscription plan to the Silver plan on the 3rd of the month, you’ll receive 30 days free of the Silver plan effective immediately. After that free trial period, your billing cycle will begin for the paying plan selected.
Cancel during a free trial period
If you cancel during a free trial period of a paying account, you won’t be charged.
Cancel after a free trial period
If you cancel your paying account after a free trial period, you won’t be charged again. You are still responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 3rd of every month, and you cancel on the 7th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that.
